Hi Esmeralda, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started with a small idea of doing business however, I wanted to start as a small Tireshop, however, I decided to offer as many auto repair services as possible. It was April of year 2020, the pandemic had just started however my dreams were to keep up my business idea. As a Hispanic female is not easy to start in a male industry and this didn’t stopped me from getting all these projects going. I had to start from the bottom I was an amateur trying to become an entrepreneur. One day I just brought all my saving and I created a Facebook, Instagram, and a commercial market place account. Just to get me started I opened a business account and I used all my amateur knowledge to keep escalating to let customers know I could provide them the best customer service in the area of Escondido. I knew that since I was a female, I had to work harder to make people know we woman can achieve and overcome many challenging situations, being a boss in the tire industry has brought the best version of myself. Now I’m a well-established small business with the great help and support of my mother Ofelia and my brother Victor, they have inspired me to never give up. I am a person who not only offers the best auto repairs in the area but I listen to my customers’ needs and I strive to exceed their expectations.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The most challenging obstacle was being a female working in a male industry and with the this already got me throughout more challenging situations such as being capable of learning about tires, cars, alignment, and mechanics which is awesome. The road has been rough but since I have a strong personality I never gave up and I was always trying to innovate and bring the best products for our community. Learning about the business was like a learning new language!

We are located in Escondido we have been there since 2020. We are happy to bring new inventory and new services to offer more auto repair services to our customers. We specialize in wheel alignments, wheels, new & used tires, suspension, and even tune-up. They call me the Queen of Esco and we’ll what sets me apart from other shops in the area is that I’m a female and minority owner which as I female I’m always trying to offer them the best auto repair services in town. We offer financing options and we also offer English/Spanish translation in case they need help. I have become a Raceline wheels and Falken tires dealership and that makes us a competitive business by allowing my customers to have more brand options. Can you share something surprising about yourself?
They can find any auto repair services at our Tireshop we can place special order for Falken, Nitto, BFGOODRICH, Goodyear, Pirelli, and many more brands. We specialize in doing lift kits and leveling kits in case they are not aware. We work with off-road warehouses and we can help out find the correct repair kits and or parts. We are professionals at performing our job. We are excellent at providing customer service.
