Today we’d like to introduce you to Melissa Peil.
Hi Melissa, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Ever since I was a child, I knew I was different. I was not aware until much later, but I was an empath who felt the emotions of others, and I knew things there was no way I would know. My psychic ability runs in the family, as my mom had it as did my grandmother, so in the household I grew up in, we would discuss our psychic phenomenon but knew it was “weird” and was not discussed much beyond that. During my teen years, my gift quieted down and didn’t get louder until I was in college.
It wasn’t until my mid-20’s that I became very aware I couldn’t ignore my intuition. My grandfather passed away at age 91, though he wanted to live to 100, so I assumed he would. Over a period of 5 days, I had strong feelings popping up about him, but I did not call to check on him. One evening during this time, I just had a feeling he was gone. Sure enough, days later it was discovered he had died and we found that he passed away when I began intuitively feeling something was off. I was shocked my feelings were accurate. As you can imagine, this was scary, surprising, and intriguing all at once.
This experience was the tipping point that made me decide I wanted to learn more about my intuitive gifts and how to utilize them to help others. Up until then, it seemed my psychic ability was being utilized in ‘bad’ ways knowing someone died and in smaller ways, like thinking of someone just as they’d reach out. I wanted this to be more meaningful, so I connected with others locally to connect with to discuss spiritual topics. That’s where I connected with another psychic who was a skilled, practicing psychic and medium. She provided me a safe environment to experiment with some tips she gave. Soon after, I took a few classes to provide tools to help me excel.
Before long, I was beginning to practice my skills trying to read my friends, and eventually I was ready to try reading for people I didn’t know. With determination and lots of practice, I grew more confident in my gift and eventually began working with people outside of my day job to help them along their life path. I decided to take the leap into doing this work full-time in 2011 and have been going strong since then allowing my intuition leading the way.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The biggest challenge I faced was understanding if that gifts that I innately had were going to be enough for others. Was I “good enough” to be able to chase my dream of doing this work full-time?
It took dedication and commitment to hone my skills. It took a number of years to build large enough of a client base to feel safe leaving my career to sustain myself financially. In time, my dream became a reality and I have been grateful since to do what I love and love what I do creating a path of living out my passion.

I provide tools for healing and expanding your soul, and specialize in healing your inner child and ancestral lineage. I utilize my psychic and medium skills during our session to go deep within your energy body and connect to the ancestral realm.
I specialize in activating others to go deep within on their healing journey and I hold space in any capacity they need. I meet my clients where they are; I allow space for them to come as they are. Every person’s path varies and it is a deep honor and privilege guiding others to remember and know who they really are. I’m open about my own healing journey to collectively heal others and inspire others to find the courage and bravery to take themselves higher to reach their truest potential.
I draw pictures of the images I receive which helps me better communicate what I perceive. I provide them to you as a visual take-away to have. I record your session and send it electronically afterward. The recording allows clients to get the most from our time by going back to listen to it later.
What does success mean to you?
Success can be defined by setting intention, taking action steps to get there, and re-evaluating often to get there, Spirit has taught me to put 3 steps in place at a time to effectively get to my goals, which gives me the chance to create steps in real-time toward what I want.
Once I achieve what it is I was looking for, I find it’s important to pause to be with the win before deciding what’s next. It’s as important to celebrate achievements as it is working to get to them.
