Today we’d like to introduce you to Molly Aronson.
Hi molly, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I moved to San Diego from Colorado following a dream I had carried for almost 10 years. Growing up landlocked, I always knew I wanted to live by the ocean. Water has always felt like medicine to me — a place of healing, regulation, and joy.
Another dream of mine was to fully work for myself and build something meaningful and aligned. In the last month, I officially left my “safety net” job to pursue my business full time and continue intentionally building Sacral Rhythm, a healing collective centered around supporting women through Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki.
My work focuses heavily on nervous system regulation and creating safety within the body. I don’t believe my role is to “fix” people, but rather to hold space for the body to slow down, soften, and come back into balance naturally.
A lot of what led me to this work came from my own experiences navigating anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, pain, and migraines from a young age. Exploring holistic healing and mind-body practices became deeply life changing for me, and now I feel grateful to support other women in their own healing journeys as well. Like the Abraham Hicks quote says, “Feeling good is the work.”
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has expanded me in some way. Entrepreneurship comes with a constant feeling of figuring things out as you go, and I’ve had to learn how to trust myself even in the unknown.
There have been moments of exhaustion, self-doubt, and navigating my own health struggles along the way, but those experiences have also made me more grounded and empathetic in the work I do. I’ve learned that healing isn’t an end goal — it’s an ongoing practice and relationship with yourself. Staying connected to why I started and focusing on creating from a place of purpose always brings me back into flow.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Sacral Rhythm?
Sacral Rhythm is a women-centered healing practice blending Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki to support nervous system regulation, holistic wellness, and deeper mind-body connection.
I especially support clients navigating chronic migraines, pain, stress, burnout, anxiety, and emotional processing. My work is centered around helping people reconnect to their inner knowing and creating enough safety within the body for healing and authentic alignment to happen naturally.
What I’m most proud of is creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and connected — through both one-on-one sessions, beach women’s circles focused on play and connection, and wellness offerings at music festivals. I truly believe healing isn’t meant to happen alone.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
People can work with me by joining my women’s beach talking circles for grounding, connection, and shared healing. You can also follow me on Instagram for nervous system support and healing inspiration @sacral_rhythm. I’m always open to connecting with other practitioners to build referral relationships—healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and people benefit from blended, individualized care. I love collaborating with others doing complementary work so we can support each other and the people we serve. It’s not competition—it’s community.
