I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting into Real Estate can be a challenge. I used a coach for the first year and learned quick that half your day is spent Marketing yourself. So from 8 am till noon is marketing and Noon till 6 pm servicing clients .

Figuring out the marketing part is not easy. I would suggest a coach or marketing person that know Real Estate.
We now have as a team Follow up Boss that is amazing and tied it will all lead sources including adding automations and Mod AI that does AI calls, Text and emails.
