Meet Brianne Grajkowski of BriGeeski

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianne Grajkowski. She shared her story with us below:

BriGeeski, Inc. was founded in 2013 and is owned and operated by Bri Grajkowski. Bri is from San Diego, CA, and majored in graphic design at San Diego State University. She worked in marketing for a biotech company for 4 years out of college prior to having her first child. After being laid off during her maternity leave, she built her own company so she could spend more time with her family and pursue her passions.

BriGeeski is a graphic design & creative marketing agency with a food + lifestyle blog. We work with brands to bring creative marketing solutions to their business and to highlight the brands we love. Solutions include concept to completion on identity, branding, web design, print, online storytelling, and unique marketing concepts. We believe in taking care of yourself, pursuing your dreams, and authentically telling stories. We are passionate about design, travel, awesome food, and fun! We work with businesses to help with their marketing and creative projects. The food and lifestyle blog features travel, everyday recipes, fab food, design, and some of our favorite spots from our hometown of San Diego.

Bri came into the blogging world with experience in traditional and online media. The BriGeeski blog is known for shareable content and beautiful imagery with a focus on food, adventure, and family life. Bri’s first cookbook, Cooking With Kids was published by Fox Chapel Publishing in 2022.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not always been a smooth road. I’ve faced many challenges and have learned so much about myself and business. I started out slowly after having my daughter so I could see how much work I could juggle while also learning how to be a mom. Once I got a system down, I was able to bring on more work. When I had my son, I made other changes so I could be with him. The pandemic was a struggle for me as a business owner and a mom. We made a lot of adjustments to find a better balance of time between working, helping the kids with school, and everything else. Now that the kids are in school full-time and businesses are in full swing, I’ve been able to spend more time on my business.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about BriGeeski, Inc.?
BriGeeski is a graphic design & creative marketing agency with a food + lifestyle blog.

I do a lot of identity, branding, web design, blog posts, print design, online storytelling, and unique marketing concepts. I work with businesses to help with their marketing and creative projects.

I work as the remote creative director for Future Champions Golf and do all of the website images and marketing materials. I create their tournament logos which are used on signage, web ads, posters, and banners. I design and edit the monthly Future Champions Golf Magazine that is filled with articles, ads, and tournament information.

The BriGeeski food and lifestyle blog features travel, everyday recipes, fab food, design, and some of our favorite spots from our hometown of San Diego. Our recent sponsor, the San Diego Seals recently sent us to their first outdoor lacrosse game. We covered the news on the blog and shared our experience afterwards. I am working with brands on creating new recipe posts for the blog. These posts help readers find new and easy recipes to make for their families.

I am very proud of the Cooking With Kids cookbook that was published in October by Fox Chapel Publishing. I have 101 fun, easy approachable recipes to help teach kids how to cook. I am always creating new recipes on the blog to encourage people to cook more, and love that I can refer them to our cookbook for more fun recipes!

What’s next?
In 2023, I am working on new recipe and lifestyle posts for the BriGeeski blog. I am aiming to have more content every week for readers to enjoy. I am working on doing more marketing for Future Champions Golf, including the monthly magazine. I will be working on-site at a few of their tournaments in different locations. I am working with food and lifestyle brands to create new content. I am also helping other businesses with their design and marketing needs.
