Art & Life with Laura Rose

Today we’d like to introduce you to Laura Rose.

Laura, please kick things off for us by telling us about yourself and your journey so far.
My photographing Journey began in 2014 and has been a crazy up and down whirlwind ever since. I have taken hours and hours of classes with some of the leaders in the photography industry. I seriously love learning and supporting others in this industry.

I can truly say that so many Photographers inspire me, and before I became a photographer, I didn’t even realize how much talent is out in the world.

I actually got into photography because of a back injury, and I thought hey let me try this and see if I can make some money to help my family and be able to make my own schedule, as I wanted to be home as much as possible for my son. Little did I know it took four years to become profitable and little did I Know its really a Full-time career, but I do however have great freedom with my schedule. I’m so happy I persisted in this Industry as I have met some incredible and amazing people. I continue to grow in my art and in relationships with all I come into contact with in this Business.

I know I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish any of what I have, without the support of my wonderful husband and stubborn determination and a whole lot of tears.

Can you give our readers some background on your art?
I’m a photographer here in San Diego County that specializes in Newborn and Maternity Photography. I’m also always up for traveling around the world for sessions!

I Love creating unique artistic portraits for my clients that they can cherish for a lifetime and for the next generations to come. My process for each client starts with a questionnaire. I ask questions that will help me with designing and getting to know each client, and there dreams for there photo session. This process to me is one of the most important steps when I book my clients.

A side note is I also offer other photography services that I’m not as well known for but truly love.
These include

Birth Photography, Fresh 48 Sessions, Family Sessions, Branding Photographing and Head-shots.
