I started doing property management because I saw a need for ethical, responsive property management in Metro San Diego, and I specialize in vintage homes. These homes need a bit more gentle care, and it’s lovely finding property owners and tenants that love these gems as much as I do.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Property management is always a fun challenge! Homeowners and tenants feel very passionately about their homes, whether it’s their living space or their financial investments. Many homeowners are renting their houses temporarily, and finding great tenants to safeguard their houses while they are away is always a special mark of success.

I specialize in boutique property management services, largely focusing on vintage properties in the North Park, South Park, and Normal Heights areas, and I’m proud of the high level of service and responsiveness I provide for our tenants and homeowners.

My first client, the one who took a chance hiring me as on-site manager for my college apartment building, really helped springboard my career. He’s provided me with perfectly sparse, timely advice that allowed me to make my own mistakes, have my own learning experiences, and yet kept me from falling completely on my face.
