Meet Nicole Hansult

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Hansult.

Nicole, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was a trampoline gymnast growing up competing in tournaments (german championship) and got injured.

When I had to do physical therapy, I was fascinated about anatomy/biomechanics and the fact that you can do something with your hands helping people to get better.

After graduating, I worked in private practices, stationary orthopedic rehab facilities, and a sports rehab center for professional athletes. In 2002 I opened my own practice and hired two employees.

I became very passionate about my job, always seeking to gain more knowledge to help people improve their lives (back then from a physical standpoint).

My intention was to become the best in my field, and I attended several courses to get certified in sports rehab training, TMJ (jaw treatment),

Reiki and Pilates.

My husband’s job took us then to the US where I became certified as a Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine)

I started my own business again, working as a self-employed trainer offering bodywork/sports rehab/personal training/pilates.

I also worked for several years as a trainer as an independent contractor part-time on an hourly base in 2 different gyms doing personal training as well as teaching Pilates.

Over the last few years, I then became a little frustrated when my clients would hire me a trainer to lose weight.

Even with having a degree in nutrition and working out with my clients, it bothered me that giving them advice what to eat and working out two times a week is not enough to help them have long-lasting results.

Of course, I was always able to help them get more toned, physically more balanced when it comes to strength, mobility and flexibility but having them to lose more weight and keep the weight off for good seemed challenging.

Something was missing, and here I started again researching in psychology and advanced nutrition to help my clients improve their life.

In 2018 I decided to become a Health Coach, and just last week, I finished my Holistic MBA, which integrates advanced nutrition and life coaching.

I am now a Transformational Mastery Coach. I have learned how to change people’s behavior.

My clients who are also doing my coaching program with me now and have been my personal training clients are getting excellent results when it comes to weight loss.

They are losing weight without being on a diet.

My goal is that at the end of my program, they don’t even remember that they have ever done it differently when it comes to changing their eating behavior. We are first looking on what’s been stopping them from getting what they want; then we look at their diet.

After that, we are developing a strategy of what a healthier lifestyle look like for them

and step by step creating new behaviors that last.

We are making small changes, creating new behaviors that last.

Has it been a smooth road?
It wasn’t a smooth road.

Our family moved six times within six years from Germany to the US, to Asia and then back to the US.

Every time I had to start from Zero and, I was also not licensed as a Physical Therapist.

So I had to be creative and find a way around it to build my business.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
I show men and woman how to break free from their old self sabotaging habits and develop new sustainable behaviors that fuel and energize them through the use of empowering thoughts, nutritious foods and strengthening movements to achieve long-lasting results in their life.

I have been working as a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer for 20 years in Germany, Asia, and the US.

Last year I got certified as a Health just now I finished my studies (Holistic MBA) to become a Transformational Mastery Coach.

I am happy to say I am a client of Nicole’s. For most of my life I have failed to lose weight. The last 3 weeks I have lost 6 lbs and gained insight into my food choices. Surprisingly, I shaved 10 minutes off my 2 mile walks.
I like to compete and played a friend 60 times until I beat him. Nicole obviously practices what she teaches. She has a history of excellence which can only make better. I just quit making excuse and chose her as my nutritionist and trainer.
