Meet Kevin Eberle of Trinity Web Media & Development in Mission Beach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Eberle.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My story as an entrepreneur begins in the Spring of 2011. After a decade-long career in banking, I decided it was time to pursue my passion, photography. Building a business had always been an interest- and it just felt as if I didn’t shove off on my own then it would never actually happen.

Fast forward about a year and the business was off the ground, but funny enough most of my clients were businesses looking for great online visuals. One of the most impactful realizations of this period was the importance of an online presence for brands today. I was a photographer but only spending 10% of my time behind a camera. The majority of working hours we’re already being spent marketing myself online and helping support my clientele with their digital marketing needs.

That’s when the idea for Trinity Web Media was born. It was a no-brainer. The first premise of the brand was a company that produced high impact visuals to support a business’s online presence, such as websites or social media.

Today, Trinity Web Media & Development through our acquisition of Marketing Press, evolved into a digital marketing and website development company with offices in both San Diego, CA and Stockton, NJ. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the brand we are today.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Every business has their challenges- and we have certainly devoted time and resources to address ours. Some examples would be collaborating efficiently as a team, investing in tools and scaling our team to support our client base are just a few that come to mind.

I don’t think our journey has been especially trying but describing that adventure as “smooth” wouldn’t give our team the credit they deserve for rising above the challenges we have faced. Our theory is we don’t ride the highs too high or the lows too low.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Trinity Web Media & Development – what should we know?
Trinity Web Media & Development is a digital marketing company that helps businesses grow their online presence. Our brand is unique in the regard that we specialize in both website development and content development, including social media, offering clients one congruent and powerful brand image and voice across their website, social media, and other digital platforms.

As a brand, we are proud of our client-centric approach that emphasizes effective communication and collaboration. The way we see it- our team solves problems for our clients to help their businesses grow. Being a part of their success is a reward unto itself.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I truly believe if you want to be successful in business or life you cannot let the fear of failure dictate your decisions or the path you choose. Don’t get me wrong the fear of failure is natural and we have experienced it at one time or another. However, overcoming that fear and not allowing it to dictate decisions is the first step to starting any business.

Conquering the fear of failure won’t guarantee success, but it will pave the way for hard work, dedication, and integrity to pay dividends in the end.
