Inspiring Conversations with Heidi Faith of Rejuvenate

Today we’d like to introduce you to Heidi Faith.

Hi Heidi, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I began my massage journey in 2013, when I enrolled at the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego. After nearly a decade in customer service and retail, I was ready to pursue a path that felt meaningful and sustainable. What started as a practical career move quickly became a passion for helping people feel more at ease in their bodies.

I earned my certification in 2014 and worked for several years at a family-owned spa, where I developed a strong foundation in therapeutic and restorative massage. By 2019, I was ready to take the leap into private practice, and that’s when Rejuvenate was born.
Today, Rejuvenate is based just one block from the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, where I’ve created a calming space dedicated to wellness and renewal. Massage is more than my profession—it’s my calling, and through Rejuvenate I’m grateful to provide a space where people can feel lighter, more balanced, and deeply cared for.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Working for myself hasn’t always been a smooth road. When COVID hit in 2020, I followed state guidelines and closed my practice for about three months. Once outdoor services were allowed, I got creative and turned the side yard of my home into an outdoor spa, offering clients a safe and calming space to continue their care.

When I eventually moved back indoors, things were understandably slow as people adjusted to the uncertainty of the time. With patience and persistence, though, business began to grow again. Looking back, that season was challenging, but it strengthened my resilience and deepened my dedication to this work.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
At Rejuvenate, my focus is on creating an experience that goes beyond just a massage. I specialize in therapeutic bodywork that blends relaxation with clinical effectiveness — meaning every session is tailored to help clients feel both deeply restored and physically better in their bodies. I specialize in thoughtfully combining a variety of modalities—ranging from therapeutic techniques that target specific areas of tension to soothing approaches that calm the nervous system—so that each session not only relieves discomfort but also promotes deep relaxation and supports overall well-being.

What sets me apart is the balance I strike between professionalism and genuine connection. I pride myself on creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients can fully relax, knowing they’re cared for and heard. I also include complimentary enhancements — things like fire cupping, aromatherapy, and hot stones — because I believe those little details shouldn’t come with a price tag; they’re part of the complete experience of feeling supported.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust and loyalty I’ve built with my clients over the years. Many of them have been with me since my early days, and they continue to refer friends and family. That tells me I’m doing more than offering a service — I’m creating an experience that sticks with people.

What I’d love readers to know about Rejuvenate is that whether you’re seeking stress relief, pain management, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself, my goal is always the same: to help you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and truly cared for.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Looking ahead, I’m excited about the future of Rejuvenate. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, which will allow me to expand the ways I support my clients. My goal is to integrate these modalities into my practice, so I can offer a more holistic approach to healing — addressing not just the muscles and tissues, but the deeper systems of the body. I want clients to know that Rejuvenate is growing with them, and I’m committed to continually evolving so I can provide the highest level of care possible.
