Hi Anna Leah, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?

Please add somewhere that My future goal is to open an One Stop wellness center over the next coming year and invite holistic health professionals whose leases are about to end to join our wellness clinic.
I believe their business will receive more traffic and clientelle under the Healthy Haven roof where angels will be hanging from the ceiling as we collaborate to Bring A Healthy Haven Here on Earth.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I am known to be a workaholic and perfectionist. When my guides tell me it’s time for another show, or an expo it is about 6 months straight that i am fully engaged in every detail that goes into it. There has been times when some vendors for our expo couldn’t make it last minute or the caters that were suppose to offer a food booth at our 10th show anniversary got sick. I learned that when one door closes another one opens. Each were replaced with some offering even more than the original. Over all my missions have been successfully accomplished. Our Healthy Haven Show was interviewed on KUSI news a total of 3 times. with many San Diegan professionals, vendors etc well aware of what we represent and don’t hesitate to join our shows or expo’s feeling great about our mission and what we represent.

Healthy Haven started about 12 years ago when I had a vision to be a talk show host. I was certified as an Emotion Code practitioner through Dr. Bradley Nelson who teaches that 85% of our health issues are emotionally related. The other 15% are the 6 imbalances found in the Body code consisting of Pathogens, Misalignments, Nutrition & lIfe style, Energies, Circuits and Systems and Toxins. I help client get to the ROOT cause of their health issues and have successfully helped many reverse their autoimmune conditions,, physical trauma future and even past lives, cut cords with ancestors, remove mental and emotional issues ie depression, anxiety, stress, suicidal thoughts ( most of the time they are not your thoughts), sleep issues, digestion, hormonal imbalances, physical pain, financial and relationship blockages and so much more. I also certified as a nutritionist and health consultant through Total Health Mastery with founder Arnoux Goran and certified as an Energy Healer with Master instructor Ian McClean. I happen to be a Starseed and am in an exclusive class still receiving more tools and modalities to help people heal energetically. Most of my clients receive remote sessions as I am gifted to tap into their subconscious mind that tells me all I need to know to remove what doesn’t serve them.
After doing many health workshops in my home, attendees were telling me this valuable information should be shared with a larger audience which lead me to want to start my own health show. Over the past 10 years Healthy Haven has produced 10 shows with a variety of different topics. I aim to bring on professional speakers to discuss specific show topics as well as entertainers to emphasize the shows motto “Let’s Create a Haven here on Earth”. I”ve brought on Cory Hillis founder of EMF solutions to educate us on how EMF’s ie radiation from our Cell phones, Cell towers, 5G, Fiber Optic, Computers, etc are silently effecting our DNA, focus, sleep , digestion and more. We have interviewed blind surfers and people who lived into their 90’s who shared their lifestyle secrets. There are topics for everyone. Our last show was my favorite as we celebrated our shows 10th anniversary combined with my husband and I both turning 60 that weekend. Since I love singing to Abba songs, The Theme was Dancing Queen Anna Mintz still Swinging at 60.! It was intended to let people know that age is just a number and you can still be young at heart especially when you are doing what you love most . For me it’s hosting this show , giving people the opportunity to shine on our stage and performing with a talented band as Cheez Whiz that played a huge variety of 80’s music that our audience absolutely loved. Band Leader Paul Early and I lead the song “Heal the World” where each guest waved their international flags welcoming peace and harmony amongst us.. A wonderful Tribute to Micheal Jackson and the legacy he left us with. We ended the night with song Don’t Stop Belivin by Journey as my important message to all that “Anyone can make their dreams come true as long as you keep Belivin !
Healthy Haven has also offered the local community 2 heath Expos where over 25 vendors collaborated in one large ball room at the Enciinitas Community center to promote their services and health products. They were each interviewed by our show videographers and can be seen on the website along with the shows, podcasts, music videos. live testimonial, products, inspirational music videos and more. We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I believe in keeping a gratitude journal daily and keeping God, my angels and my guides closely connected to me. I am very intuned with the messages I receive sometimes even awaking me at around 3 or 4 am with very specific instructions of how to proceed with my future missions . This can include people that I need to reach for. a business idea or places i need to be checking out for a future venue to do a show or expo.
