Siam Imperial Thai Kitchen is now entering its 10th year, and about three years ago, a new team stepped in to bring fresh energy and vision to the restaurant. Since then, we’ve focused on elevating the experience while staying true to our roots.
At the heart of what we do is our talented chef, who is deeply skilled in authentic Thai cuisine. We take pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients and transforming them into dishes that are balanced, flavorful, and true to Thai culinary traditions.
Our goal has always been to share the essence of Thai culture through food — creating a warm, genuine experience where guests can discover and enjoy real Thai flavors.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Taking over the business three years ago came with many challenges, from rebuilding the team to maintaining consistency and adapting to rising costs.
However, each challenge has made us stronger and more focused. It pushed us to improve every detail and stay committed to delivering authentic Thai flavors and a great experience for our customers.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Thai cuisine has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — a beautiful culinary tradition built on fresh herbs, bold flavors, and recipes passed down through generations.
Before stepping into the restaurant industry, I spent 21 years as a flight attendant, where I developed a deep understanding of hospitality and had the opportunity to connect with people from all over the world. Today, I bring that same level of care and attention to detail into running Siam Imperial Thai Kitchen, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
What truly sets us apart is the combination of authentic Thai culinary expertise and genuine hospitality shaped by years of international experience. We don’t just serve food — we create an experience that feels both personal and meaningful.
Our chef brings over 20 years of experience from five-star hotels, crafting dishes that are refined, unique, and beautifully balanced — each one showcasing the true essence of Thai cuisine.
What’s next?
Looking ahead, our focus is on continuing to strengthen and refine our current location, making sure every guest who walks through our doors feels the warmth, care, and authenticity that define who we are.
As part of a growing beachside community, we’re excited to deepen our connection with local residents and businesses. Our catering services continue to expand, we’ve built strong partnerships across multiple delivery platforms, and we’re developing thoughtful lunch programs tailored for nearby offices and neighborhood needs.
At heart, we are a family-driven business, and that spirit guides everything we do — from the way we serve our guests to how we grow. Looking forward, we are exploring the opportunity to open an additional location as part of our long-term vision.
