Hi Cosette, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
After spending over 20 years managing operations and guiding client journeys within law firms, I decided it was time to bet on myself. I took everything I had learned about systems, strategy, and supporting people through life-changing transitions, and channeled it into launching my signature coaching program: Elite Business Coaching.
Today, through one-on-one coaching, we help clients develop strong, aligned personal brands that reflect who they are and where they’re going.
My love for personal branding started years ago when I worked with thousands of clients seeking to invest in the U.S. As I listened to their stories, uncovered their visions, and understood their deeper mission, I naturally stepped into the role of brand strategist, guiding them through hard conversations, helping them get clear, and aligning their identity with strategies that worked.
What sets me apart from other brand creators is simple: I lead with lived experience. As an immigrant, a Latina, a mother, and a wife—I bring authenticity, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence into every conversation. I’ve built what I teach. And that’s what gives my clients permission to do the same.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been an interesting road. As a life coach, I’ve learned that every experience, no matter how challenging, can be reframed into a positive outcome. Maybe I’m a bit “delulu,” as the kids say these days, but even during the toughest days when there were no clients, no new friends to turn into clients, or sometimes no friends at all—I never felt truly unsupported. My husband has been by my side from day one, offering unwavering support, encouragement, and partnership through every step of this journey.
My journey toward opening my own business actually began 10 years ago when my daughter was born. I was desperate to find a way to spend more time with her. At that moment, I couldn’t have imagined where that small, hopeful idea, born in a quiet room with my baby in my arms, scared to death of leaving her in daycare, would lead me.
The following decade taught me everything I needed to learn. The bumps in the road were the same ones every ambitious mother faces: juggling time management, budget constraints, work-life balance, and the elusive need for self-care.
After years of navigating the ups and downs and climbing to the highest position I could in corporate law firms, I finally gave myself permission to take the leap.
Now, as CEO in our third year of business, I can confidently say every obstacle has been a blessing in disguise. And when a new challenge arises, I remind myself: it could never be worse than being stuck in a 9-to-6 job with no life, no savings, no personal time, and no joy.
This journey has taught me that growth doesn’t come from comfort, it comes from courage. And that courage is what I help others find every day.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Celebration makes me happy because as adults there are not many opportunities we get to celebrate.
At CBC, we celebrate every milestone with our clients—big or small. Whether it’s closing a sale or hitting that first $100K, we make sure to mark these moments in meaningful ways, like taking our clients out to dinner. In fact, we’ve been fortunate to celebrate multiple times with some of them already.
Sometimes, celebration is as simple as a high-five. It might seem small, but that moment of recognition creates a powerful connection. When was the last time you high-fived someone—and it was you who did all the hard work?
I’ve celebrated clients’ business expansions, grand openings, and even personal milestones like buying their first home. Recently, I shared a powerful moment with a client who told her son, “Don’t worry about money for college.” That felt truly life-changing.
On a personal level, picking up my kids from school without guilt, attending their activities in the middle of the day, and traveling across Europe for a month while still generating income—these are the moments that remind me why this work matters so much.
Celebration is not just a reward, it’s fuel for the journey ahead.
