Life & Work with LOUKAS PATRAC of Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to LOUKAS PATRAC.

LOUKAS PATRAC

Hi LOUKAS, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Loukas started playing music at the age of 6 with his family of Catalan gypsy origin. This music that so many people
like, Catalan rumba and Flamenco are highlighted in the
development of his talent.A selftaught artist, Loukas
quickly became recognized in the music world, first in
France in his native country, with the creation of his first
group Gipsy Music at the age of 10. Yes, at the age of 10,
Loukas is already in front of the public in private shows or
even in the first nights of French artists in front of
thousands of people.
Loukas quickly realizes that his passion for music becomes
an obsession and continues learning the art by entering a
dance school where couples dance who will also shine on
stage as well as in competition.
Loukas will acquire a unique stage experience where he
will use his knowledge to take the audience with him or
even to retain them throughout the show.
A great celebration of Europe, but also of the Asian
continent, will be conquered by the voice and charisma of
this artist. Presenters regularly contact Loukas to
participate in music programs such as the famous POP
STAR program, but what Loukas always wanted was to be
able to share his talent and the story he told.
Today Loukas has released several singles with
flamenco/gypsy, but also Latin colors.
Loukas was the first Frenchman contacted by the production
of the show LA VOZ in Spanish version where he performed
several French titles including NE ME QUITTE PAS offering a
unique version.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My challenge is to make my music to be worldwide known.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Loukas was contacted by the legendary group THE GIPSY KINGS to join their musical lineup with 60million albums sold
worldwide.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is the recognition of my audience, fans and people who work with me and believe in me. Every artist needs to have confidence and be recognized.
