Today we’d like to introduce you to Lucy Lee.
Hi Lucy, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I wanted to be a florist but never had a chance. I always kept my dream in my mind and slowly prepared for the right time. Then, covid happened, and I got laid off from my job. I thought this could be a great opportunity to follow my dream, so I started my business, and here I am!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I definitely had ups and downs like other people. I didn’t know how to write the contract, how to talk to people, or what to do with weddings, but I kept developing myself and seeking knowledge. I got helped by fellow florists, which was very courteous of them.
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
