Today we’d like to introduce you to Amy Pamensky.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Amy. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My journey to becoming a mindset and spiritual coach started through my own healing from depression and health issues. After years of struggling with digestive issues, negative thought patterns, self-doubt, and anxiety, I turned to holistic healing with nutrition and mindfulness practices. I started my nutrition business six years ago and over time have transitioned into Eating Psychology coaching and teaching women how to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression through holistic mindset practices. I now guide women to discover happiness from within so that they can create a life they love and share their unique gifts with the world.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I’ve had a lot of challenges along the way and am incredibly grateful for all of the lessons I have learned. It took me ten years to get to the root cause of digestive issues and fatigue that was holding me back in every area of my life. I struggled with negative thought patterns that kept me feeling isolated and ‘not good enough’ and stopped me from taking action in my career. Additionally, I never felt like I fit in with women, I always felt left out or judged. I am now surrounded by the most incredible and inspiring female support that I could ever have imagined.
Please tell us about Spiritual Nutritionist.
My business is a personal development and spiritual coaching business. I support women through 1-1 spiritual coaching, in a group coaching program called Light Up Your Life, through monthly women’s gatherings called the New Moon Collective, and through a business, accelerator mastermind called the Feminine Rising Collective. My mission is to empower women how to access their JOY, to feel confident in their bodies, and to overcome ‘fear-based’ thoughts that hold them back from creating a life that they love. A few core-components of my teachings are Self-Love, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, and Embodying Feminine Energy.
What sets me apart is that all of the spiritual practices that I teach are practical and applicable to modern day life. Most of my clients have tried to implement meditation and mindfulness practices for years without success before working with me. I am most proud of the community of women that I have created both online in my private Facebook group and in person at the New Moon Collective events. These communities give women the opportunity to experience what it feels like to be accepted for their authentic self.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would have focused on up-leveling my mindset first before I tried to figure out my health issues. I am a firm believer that the stress our mind creates impacts our health and happiness more than the food that we eat.
