Hi Lo’Reece, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day consists of me going to the restroom. Taking my puppy out in the backyard to potty. Making myself a nice hot cup of coffee. Reading the Bible. Clearing out the dish rack. Making breakfast for my two boys. Opening up all of the windows in the house, to let fresh air in.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Lo’Reece, founder of Beyond Bodie—a faith-based wellness brand that recently rebranded to meet the needs of active women. What started as a natural skincare line inspired by my sons’ sensitive skin has evolved into a fitness-focused lifestyle brand offering workout-friendly essentials like deodorants, recovery oils, and gym accessories.
We just launched our new website, and I’m excited to share this next chapter of Beyond Bodie—where faith, fitness, and self-care come together to help women feel strong, confident, and supported.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that has most shaped how I see myself is the one I have with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. While people and relationships may come and go, God has been the only constant in my life. There is truly no relationship like it—He speaks life into me, gives peace that surpasses all understanding, loves unconditionally, and forgives endlessly.
I’m far from perfect and rely on God’s daily guidance, but because of His grace and mercy, I strive to reflect that love in how I treat others—being the friend, the support, and the light that I’d want in return. My identity, my strength, and my purpose are all rooted in Him.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be this: Don’t get discouraged when things don’t go your way. Every delay, every detour, and even every disappointment is part of a greater plan. What you see now is only a small glimpse of the bigger picture God is painting.
The Bible says that God will never withhold any good thing from us—and that truth still grounds me today. What’s ahead is always greater than what’s behind. So be patient, trust the process, and know that God’s timing is always perfect.

Absolutely—100% yes. The public version of me is the real me. What you see is truly what you get. I’ve never been one to put on a front—fake and phony has never been in my DNA. I show up as myself, whether online, in business, or in person. Authenticity isn’t just important to me—it’s who I am.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you laid down your name, role, and possessions—what would remain?
If I laid down my name, role, and possessions, what would remain is my personality, my energy, my beautiful smile, my integrity, my morals, and my heart. Those are the core parts of me that define who I am beyond any title or thing. They’re the essence of my character and the foundation for how I live and love.
