Today we’d like to introduce you to Jose and Jennifer Beltran.

Jose and Jennifer, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Well we have a very humble beginning. I started with literally $20.00 in my pocket. I had no driver’s license and was on a bike with a Verizon wireless mobile connect which is a house phone as a mobile device. People must have thought the worst. Pushing through all the adversity I never gave up. This is an industry my family has been a part of since 1968. I till this day take great pride in what our family has been for so long a part of San Diego Ca. we had great success from 2010 and on. Coronado will always be home to Beltran Window Cleaning & Janitorial we have had a crazy relationship but I have to say it was my first love. I guess that is why I wanted to start a business there. Why not. I knew my skill would succeed anywhere just as long as I never give up. Work ethic and attitude has been my secret from the start.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not. Lol. Some struggles?? Capital, that’s a big one I started with none. Also some miner transportation issues, and yes even some heart aches with two miscarriages. I have to say the babies were the hardest to bounce back from.

Beltran Window Cleaning & Janitorial is a family owned and operated business based in Coronado California. The owner comes from a long family history in this industry. For many years, our family has served San Diego County. Beltran Window Cleaning & Janitorial is a full service professional cleaning & window restoration company for your building or home. We Specialize in Commercial High Rise Window Cleaning. We are experts when it comes to rigging roof tops & Bosun’s chair work. One of the few Cal/Osha efficient companies in our market. Our services include: Commercial High Rise & Residential Window Cleaning, Construction Clean-Up, Rope Decent System safety training, consulting on roof upgrades and designs. We are most proud of keeping the family business model alive and strong. There are a lot of things that sets us apart, the biggest is the ability to go over Cal/Osha regulations with engineers and property management personal and be able to make it digestible.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Hard to say. Between my kids and that imp about to hit 10 years in business. I have to say the proudest moment so far has been 530 B steer as a contract. Taking it from a bigger company and making it shine in the San Diego skyline like a diamond.
