There is no one path – to success or even to New York (or Kansas). Similarly, what matters to others can vary widely – so we tried to tighten up that question to focus on three key traits to see what most folks in our community valued most – intelligence, energy, or integrity?

I’d say integrity is the most important to me. I value trust, respect, and doing things in a way that aligns with my principles, both personally and professionally. All 3 are important to me. But if I had to choose one, it would have to be Integrity. Honesty is so crucial. Truthfulness and sincerity matters. As the old saying goes. Actions speak louder than words. People who are consistent with who they show themselves to be is worth more than anything else. With integrity comes respect. If there is respect, there is honesty.
