Hi Erin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My love for real estate stems from my ability to positively impact my clients’ lives by helping them achieve their goals. Whether it’s finding the perfect home for a buyer, guiding sellers to maximize their property’s potential, or assisting investors in making smart decisions, I am dedicated to sharing knowledge and finding unique solutions tailored to each of my client’s needs. My passion for real estate is deeply rooted in my desire to contribute positively to my friends and family, and the lives of those in my community.
I have a fairly diverse background. I got my start working in the music industry and eventually started my own businesses in social media marketing and PR as a lifestyle and food blogger. My educational background is actually in business finance and economics, making real estate the perfect balance! Some of my other achievements include being named a San Diego Good Influencer by Pacific Magazine and I had the honor of throwing the first pitch for the Padres.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Moving to a new city was a huge hurdle initially. It definitely scared me leaving my comfort zone, family and friends. But over the years I’ve really found my place here in San Diego and consider it my home!

I am so grateful to have found a home with the Kappel Realty Group & the number one team at Compass San Diego – the number one residential real estate brokerage in San Diego (based on number of sales). My goal, first and foremost, is to help people.Whether someone is getting started with their first home, house hacking their first multi-unit property or adding to their existing investment portfolio. I want them to feel confident in their decision and lead with a balance of education and understanding.

Looking forward to our next family investment property in San Diego! My goal is to help connect the dots for as many people as possible. Whether it’s friends and family, locals in San Diego, music and entertainment professionals, mom and pop investors, or those in other markets who need to be connected to trustworthy real estate professionals.
