Hi Marcin, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
If you’d told me a decade ago that I’d go from Hollywood filmmaker to running a private AI community with thousands of builders and over 400,000 fans worldwide, I probably would’ve called you crazy. The truth is, my journey has been anything but a straight line. There have been plenty of ups and downs, failed experiments, pivots, and risks that did not pay off. But the journey never stopped and I never gave up. That persistence, along with chasing curiosity and embracing reinvention, is what got me here.

Today, my work is all about pushing the limits of AI and helping others do the same. I run NoCode AI Army, a fast-growing private builder community with over 4,000 members. It has become a go-to hub for creators, entrepreneurs, and tech-curious people who want to stay ahead, swap ideas, and collaborate. My YouTube channel has 19,000 subscribers and my TikTok has grown to over 388,000 followers. Across these platforms, I break down the latest AI tools, automation hacks, and business-building strategies, showing how anyone can leverage AI to build and scale real projects, no technical background required.

But my journey did not start in tech. I grew up in Poland and moved to California, drawn by the creative pulse of the West Coast. My first chapter was in storytelling. I produced and directed indie film projects in Hollywood, always obsessed with speed and execution. While most films take a year or more, my crew and I completed a full feature film in just 30 days from start to finish. No endless meetings, no waiting, just results.

After years in the film industry, I caught the entrepreneurship bug and dove headfirst into a wide range of businesses. I have built everything from a web design agency to an app development company, affiliate marketing ventures, e-commerce, and Amazon FBA. Each project was a chance to move fast, learn quickly, and turn ideas into reality before most people even finished planning.

Now I am based in San Diego, building new businesses, launching new tools, and sharing the journey. Whether it is partnering with local entrepreneurs or giving the world a behind-the-scenes look at what is possible with AI, I am all about action. If there is a lesson in my story, it is this: stay curious, do not be afraid to pivot, and never stop building.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Entrepreneurship, especially starting out young and choosing not to follow the traditional nine-to-five path, is a constant rollercoaster. There’s no map, no safety net, and no guarantee of what’s coming next. I’ve woken up many mornings with zero certainty about where my next opportunity would come from, and there’s always that pressure to make it work when nobody is looking out for you but yourself.

Looking back, I’ve probably started, built, and failed at more than 30 different projects. I tried everything from web design to e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and app development. Most people only see the wins, but the reality is there were plenty of setbacks, wrong turns, and times when I questioned everything.

What kept me going was this belief that if I stayed focused, kept learning, and kept showing up every day, the right opportunity would eventually come. It took years of trying, failing, and starting again, but now I finally feel like I’ve found my lane with AI and building a real community. The struggle taught me persistence and gave me the skills I needed to actually win when the right project came along.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
At my core, I build communities and create tools that make cutting edge technology accessible to everyone. My main focus right now is growing the NoCode AI Army, a private group of more than 4,000 passionate builders from around the world. Every day, I get to share, collaborate, and learn alongside people who are just as obsessed with innovation and progress as I am. That energy is what keeps me fired up.

I specialize in breaking down complex AI and automation concepts so that anyone, no matter their background, can start building, launching, and scaling real projects. On my YouTube channel and TikTok, I share the latest tools, strategies, and step by step guides for building businesses with AI and no code. I am most proud of the impact this has had, seeing community members go from idea to launch, and sometimes completely changing their lives by unlocking new opportunities.

What sets me apart is that I do not just teach or talk about these tools. I am in the trenches, building and testing everything myself, and sharing the process with my community in real time. My content and approach are direct, transparent, and always focused on speed and execution. I believe in showing what is possible, not just talking about it.

Above all, I think the real magic is the community. Being surrounded by builders who support each other, push boundaries, and share their wins and losses openly, that is rare, and I am grateful every day to be part of it.

The speed of the AI movement has been insane. Almost overnight, it feels like the world changed. For me, it was the opportunity to finally take everything I have learned over the past twenty five years and pour it into this one explosive moment. All the ups and downs, all the businesses, and all the lessons prepared me for this. Now, I want to share this insane opportunity with the world and help as many people as possible take advantage of it.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is seeing people take action on their ideas and actually change their lives. There is nothing better than watching someone in my community go from being stuck or unsure to launching something real and having that moment of “I did it.” That feeling never gets old.

But honestly, the best part of this journey is sharing it with my wife, Dalia. She is an entrepreneur herself, creating custom jewelry and making a name for herself as an amazing UGC content creator online. We both understand the ups and downs, the risk-taking, and the excitement of building something from scratch. Being able to support each other and celebrate the wins together is something I am incredibly grateful for.

Outside of work, I love a good cocktail and I am a huge fan of the Las Vegas Raiders, Lakers, and Dodgers. Visiting Vegas for a weekend of gambling, fun, and hanging out with friends is always a blast. I also love spending time with Dalia, trying out new restaurants, and traveling all over the world with her. We decided a long time ago that we would play the drum by our own beat, and so far, we have been blessed to do exactly that.

And I have to mention my insane love for dogs. Their energy, loyalty, and the way they always make you smile just make life better.

At the end of the day, I am happiest when I am moving forward, growing, and surrounded by people I love, whether that is building new projects, sharing laughs with friends, or supporting Dalia as she builds her own path. That is what keeps me motivated every day.
